Mobilink is the Pakistan’s largest mobile operator as far as the mobile subscriber base is concern, which has crossed 38,384,557 customers few months back. And now according to the latest report, it has also touched the milestone of spreading its 3G coverage in - 100 cities of the country. Mobilink has accomplished this endeavor in less than a year - when in 2014 it commercially roll out its 3G services for customers.

It’s also been reported that Mobilink had set the target of making available its next-generation mobile data services available in at least 15 major cities of the country - in initial 18 months of 3G launch. But now Mobilink is way ahead of this, as its 3G coverage map penetration has touched the figure of 100 small and big cities of the country - where Mobilink 3G is available to use.

Mobilink is now claiming that this was their strategy of spreading its 3G coverage in not only big cities of Pakistan but also furnish this unique experience of enjoying blazing fast internet to the people of small cities as well. This has also made possible for the reason that Mobilink was the only Telco of the country who bid and acquired the 10 Mhz spectrum from last year’s 3G /4G auctioned in the country. This double 3G spectrum has allowed Mobilink to spread its 3G services to vast level, for its hefty chunk of mobile subscribers - located in all parts of the country.
